On June 16, 2020, First Choice Bancorp, Cerritos, California (the “Company”) will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders online at which virtual meeting, the Company’s management will make a presentation utilizing the presentation materials being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
