Item 8.01 Other Events
Discharge of Receiver and Satisfaction of Judgment
On June 15, 2020, the receiver appointed on May 1, 2020 relating to the enforcement of the judgement (the “Judgement”) entered in the case Nick Norwood vs. Eurosport Active World Corp. and Ralph Hofmeier, Case Number 2010-058982-CA-09 filed in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, was discharged pursuant to an Order on Amount of Receiver’s Fees and to Discharge the Receiver Contingent on Payment of Fees.
On June 2, 2020, the Company satisfied and discharged its obligations with respect to the Judgment and a Satisfaction of Judgment by Clerk Pursuant to F.S. 55.141 was filed by the Clerk on June 3, 2020.
