On June 16, 2020, Exicure, Inc. issued a press release announcing the first patient dosed in the Phase 2 dose expansion stage of its Phase 1b/2 clinical trial of AST-008 for the treatment of Merkel cell carcinoma.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
