TETRA Technologies, Inc.’s partially-owned, consolidated subsidiary, CSI Compressco LP, announced on June 12, 2020 that it successfully closed both its previously announced (i) debt exchange offer and consent solicitation and (ii) the second amendment to its assets-based credit agreement. For more information on the exchange offer and consent solicitation, the amendment to the credit agreement and related disclosure, please see the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by CSI Compressco LP on June 12, 2020 with the SEC.
