On June 9, 2020, Annovis Bio Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that CEO Maria Maccecchini, Ph.D. and CFO Jeff McGroarty, MBA, CPA, will give a virtual corporate presentation at the June 2020 Virtual Summer Investor Summit taking place online from June 9 to 12, 2020. A copy of the Press Release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
Dr. Maccecchini and Mr. McGroarty will give a presentation via webcast on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 10:55 a.m. ET, followed by a live Q&A session. A copy of the written presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the presentation will also be available on the Company’s website at www.annovisbio.com under “Investors & Media.” Investors can register for and access the live webcast at: https://www.webcaster4.com/Webcast/Page/2038/35035.
