On June 4, 2020, Tecogen Inc. (the “Company”) conducted a conference call with investors regarding the Company's decision to have its shares quoted on the OTC Market Group Inc.'s OTCQX Best Market, delist its shares from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC's Capital Market, and de-register its shares under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
