On June 2, 2020, Barry W. Harting, Secretary of ENB Financial Corp (the “Corporation”) and Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Secretary of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ephrata National Bank (the “Bank”), announced his retirement effective the close of business on December 31, 2020. Mr. Harting has been an employee of the Corporation and the Bank since 1994. No one has been appointed to replace this position at this time.
