Mr. Norm Pokutylowicz resigns as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2020. A replacement will be named at a later date by the Board of Directors.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Mr. Norm Pokutylowicz submitted a letter of resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer to the Board of Directors. A copy of this letter is provided herein as Exhibit 99.1.
