Item 7.01.Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On May 27, 2020, BrightView Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Masterman, will participate in a virtual fireside chat at the William Blair 40th Annual Growth Stock Conference, which will take place on June 10, 2020. The virtual fireside chat may include a discussion of the Company’s business, financial performance and forward-looking information.

 

The virtual fireside chat is scheduled to begin at 9:40 a.m. EDT on June 10. A live audio webcast will be available at:

A replay of the webcast will be available for approximately 30 days from the date of the conference.
