Item 8.01. Other Events.
Nasdaq Update
On May 21, 2020, SCWorx Corp. (the “Company”) received a request for additional information/documents from the Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company expects to complete its response to this request on or before June 2, 2020.
Update on Test Kit Shipping
On May 22, 2020, the Company received confirmation from its Covid-19 rapid test kit distributor that its rapid test kits have begun shipping. Based on the foregoing, the Company expects to begin receiving the test kits next week. However, there can be no assurance as to whether or when the test kits will actually be received by the Company.
