Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 21, 2020, Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s plans to advance its strategy to monetize the anticipated royalties associated with Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s (“Sunovion”) apomorphine sublingual film therapy, which received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval on May 21, 2020 for the treatment of motor fluctuations (OFF episodes) experienced by people living with Parkinson’s disease. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
