Item 8.01 Other Events.
Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on May 21, 2020 announcing a proposed public offering of its common stock. A copy of the release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
In addition, the Company has prepared presentation materials (the “Presentation Materials”) that management intends to use from time to time on and after May 21, 2020, in presentations about the Company’s operations and performance. The Presentation Materials are filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
