In a press release issued on May 20, 2020, we reported that our Board of Directors had, pursuant to our dividend policy, declared a quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2020 in the amount of $0.06 per share. That dividend is payable on
June 22, 2020 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 8, 2020. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference into, this Current Report on Form 8-K.
