On May 20, 2020, Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Mount Pleasant, Texas. During the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the Company intends to make a presentation available to its shareholders present at the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. A copy of the presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
