Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On May 14, 2020, NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing a letter to the Company’s stockholders with an update on the Company’s operations, particularly in regards to the sale of KN95 masks and the pending FDA application for COVID-19 antibody tests. This press release containing the letter to stockholders is attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is being furnished and not filed pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K.
