Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On May 13, 2020, Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd. issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020 and announcing the availability of its first quarter ended March 31, 2020 investor financial supplement.  A copy of the press release and the investor financial supplement are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
