Item 7.01              Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 12, 2020, T Bank, N.A., the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of Tectonic Financial, Inc., issued a press release announcing its participation in the Paycheck Protection Program administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration and created under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.    A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
