On May 11, 2020, Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 and will conduct a previously announced, publicly available conference call to discuss those results. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
