Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 11, 2020, Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the filing of a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and providing a COVID-19 related business update furnished as part of this Current Report on Form 8-K. Certain information about the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 compared to the comparable prior year period is included in such press release. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
