Resignation of Hui Song

 

On May 5, 2020, Hui Song, a member of the Board of Directors of Arion Group, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned as a director. Mr. Song’s resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Company or the Board of Directors. The Board thanks Mr. Song for his service to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
