Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 8, 2020, Superior Industries International, Inc. (“Superior”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
