On May 7, 2020, ProSight Global, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has nominated Anne G. Waleski as an independent director nominee to stand for election at its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
A copy of the press release announcing Ms. Waleski’s nomination is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
