Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 1, 2020, Kim Proctor notified Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign her position as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company in order to assume employment with another company in an unrelated industry. Ms. Proctor will continue to serve as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer through May 8, 2020.
