Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

Resignation of Officer

 

On May 1, 2020, Mr. Ming Li resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in order to pursue other interests and businesses. The Company thanks Mr. Li for his service to the Company and wishes his the best in his future endeavors.

 

Appointment of Officer

 

On May 5, 2020, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Zhiguo Wang as the new interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

 

Mr. Wang is the CEO and President of the Company and has agreed to assume the office of CFO while the Board looks for another qualified person to become the permanent CFO.
