Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition
On May 4, 2020, Vista Gold Corp. (the “Registrant” or “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2020 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
