The Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 1, 2020 in Dallas, Texas.  The shareholders voted on two proposals as described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Commission on March 27, 2020.  The voting results for these proposals were as follows:
