of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On
April 27, 2020, Alan Symmons notified LightPath Technologies, Inc.
(the “Company”), that, effective May 8, 2020, he will
resign as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr.
Symmons’ resignation is not due to any disagreement with the
Company.
