On April 30, 2020, the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank") declared a dividend at an annualized rate of 5.53 percent for the first quarter of 2020. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the related press release.
