On April 27, 2020, the Board of Trustees of Western Asset Inflation-Linked Opportunities & Income Fund (the Fund) announced the results of the votes cast at the Funds annual meeting of shareholders held April 24, 2020. The votes cast at the annual meeting elected to the Funds Board of Trustees: Robert Abeles, Jr., Jane F. Dasher, Anita L. DeFrantz, Susan B. Kerley, Michael Larson, Ronald L. Olson, Avedick B. Poladian, William E.B. Siart, Jaynie Miller Studenmund, Peter J. Taylor and Jane E. Trust. The Fund hereby furnishes the information in Exhibit 99.1, the full press release containing this disclosure.
