Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 27, 2020, the Board of Trustees of Western Asset Inflation-Linked Income Fund (the “Fund”) announced the results of the votes cast at the Fund’s annual meeting of shareholders held April 24, 2020. The votes cast at the annual meeting elected to the Fund’s Board of Trustees: Robert Abeles, Jr., Jane F. Dasher, Anita L. DeFrantz, Susan B. Kerley, Ronald L. Olson, Avedick B. Poladian, William E.B. Siart, Jaynie Miller Studenmund, Peter J. Taylor and Jane E. Trust, who join Michael Larson (previously elected by shareholders). The Fund hereby furnishes the information in Exhibit 99.1, the full press release containing this disclosure.
