Item 1.01  Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On April 23, 2020, our stockholders approved an amendment to our 2017 Equity Incentive Plan increasing the total number of shares of our common stock that may be issued pursuant to stock awards granted under the plan from 20,000,000 to 30,000,000.
The foregoing summary does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by our 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, a copy of which is attached to this report as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
