(b) Departure of a Named Executive Officer
On April 24, 2020, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Dale M. McKillop, a Senior Vice President and Managing Director, will be separating from the Company, effective May 15, 2020. Mr. McKillop’s separation is treated as a without Cause separation pursuant to the Change in Control & Non-Competition agreement dated February 1, 2016 between the Company and McKillop (the “CIC Agreement”). The CIC Agreement filed as Exhibit 10.18 to the Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on March 12, 2018 is incorporated herein by reference.
