On April 24, 2020, Nuveen Global Cities REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its stockholders regarding recent acquisitions, an update on the Company’s portfolio, and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the letter to stockholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
