Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On April 21, 2020, Oxford Immunotec Global PLC (the “Company”) announced, via press release, that it has successfully obtained re-registration of its T-SPOT.TB test in China. The re-registration was granted by the Chinese National Medical Products Agency (NMPA) on April 13, 2020.

 

A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
