Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 10, 2020, Brett O’Brien informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SITO Mobile, Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board for personal reasons, with such resignation to be effective immediately. Mr. O’Brien’s resignation did not relate to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
On April 15, 2020, Bonin Bough informed the Board of his resignation as a member of the Board for personal reasons, with such resignation to be effective immediately. Mr. Bough’s resignation did not relate to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
