ITEM 8.01 Other Events.

On April 10, 2020, First Northwest Bancorp (Company) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Randy Riffle as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer for First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles, the Company’s banking subsidiary effective April 13, 2020.  Mr. Riffle has over 20 years of experience in banking, and most recently has served as the Chief Credit Officer of First Financial Northwest Bank. 

A copy of the press release issued by the Company on April 10, 2020 regarding the foregoing is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
