On April 13, 2020, Preformed Line Products Company issued a press release announcing that the location of the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 5, 2020 has been changed to a virtual meeting format only. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
