On April 9, 2020, Driven Deliveries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencing of trading on the OTCQB and that it had significant revenue growth over the preceding five weeks.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
