Item 8.01 Other Events
On
April 9, 2020 American Resources Corporation (or the
“Company”) received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock
Market stating that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq
Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (“Minimum Bid Price
Requirement”). The Nasdaq Stock Market determined that
American Resources’ stock maintained a closing bid price of
$1.00 or greater for ten consecutive days and as such, this matter
is now closed.
