On April 9, 2020, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its stockholders, dated April 9, 2020, updating the Company’s stockholders on Company developments in 2019 and the first quarter of 2020, and its plans going forward. A copy of the letter to stockholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
