ITEM 5.02     DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICER.

 

On April 3, 2020, we appointed W. Scott LaFoy to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of our wholly-owned subsidiary Link Media Holdings, LLC ("Link").  Mr. LaFoy served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Link since December 2019, following the retirement of James A. McLaughlin, who formerly served as  Link's Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. LaFoy’s compensation (as reported on Form 8-K as filed with the Commission on December 16, 2019) will remain in place.  Mr. LaFoy has more than three decades of experience in the billboard industry, and joined Link in May 2018 as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.
