Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On April 8, 2020, Trinity Place Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had closed on the conveyance of the school condominium located at the base of its building at 77 Greenwich in downtown Manhattan to the New York School Construction Authority (the “SCA”).

 

The press release announcing the conveyance to the SCA is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
