On April 6, 2020, R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced a series of actions to protect employees, meet client commitments, and preserve financial flexibility in response to the COVID-19 crisis. A copy of the press release announcing actions is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
