EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated and filed on March 30, 2020 (the “Original Form 8-K”), with respect to CSAIL 2020-C19 Commercial Mortgage Trust. The purpose of this amendment is to make certain corrective revisions to the version of the documents filed as Exhibit 4.1 and Exhibit 99.2. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K other than the changes described above. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K.
