Item 8.01 Other Events.

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, to protect the health of Campbell’s employees and the citizens of our community, all Campbell employees have transitioned to working from home and will continue to do so until further notice.  While we are operating from home due to our technology framework and systematic investment structure, our Baltimore office remains open for contingency purposes.
