Item 8.01 Other Events.

In reliance on the Order Under Section 36 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Granting Exemptions from Specified Provisions of the Exchange Act and Certain Rules Thereunder, dated March 4, 2020, Release No. 34-88318, the Registrant has not provided the financial information for the Prince Building Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 1 on Annex A-1 of the prospectus supplement) required by Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB in its annual report on Form 10-K, which it expects to file on the date hereof.  Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, the master servicer of the related mortgage loan, has informed the Registrant that it has been unable to obtain the financial information due to the disruptions in the commercial real estate business and associated challenges in communication arising from COVID-19.  The Registrant estimates that it will file such financial information no later than 45 days after March 30, 2020.
