On March 18, 2020, IAA, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2019.
The press release, dated March 18, 2020, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
