Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2020, Universal Technical Institute, Inc. issued a press release announcing the details of its response to the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its approach to communicating future updates across its campus network.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
