Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2020, Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. issued a press release announcing the temporary closure of all of its retail
stores effective March 19, 2020 through April 2, 2020, and other operational changes in response to the COVID-19 health crisis. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
