Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 16, 2020, LogicBio Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On March 16, 2020, the Company announced the appointment of Mark Enyedy to its board of directors. The Company also announced the departure of Tomer Kariv, Esq. from its board of directors due to time constrains related to his other business obligations.
